* Candles are to be Used in Outdoor Settings.

* Candles not to be Lit in Crowded Settings / Keep Away from Face, Skin, Hair, Minors, Furniture.

* Candles Emit a Very High Spark and Spark is Highly Flammable.

* Make Sure Venue you plan to use Candles at Allows it before you Purchase.

* Make sure Candles are Legal in the State, Province you are Purchasing From.

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you 21 Years of age or Older in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

SECTION 2 - HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By clicking the "I Agree/Checkout" button you agree, as a condition of this sale, that you indemnify VIPBIRTHDAYCANDLES of liability for (including, but not limited to) damage, loss, injuries or such that may occur while using these item(s). Birthday Candles are Not Meant to be Used Indoors or in Crowded Settings or in States where it is Deemed illegal

These products are sold on the basis that they will be used properly, and that the buyer and the user of these item(s) is at least 21 years of age. In addition, we do not manufacture any of these item(s), and make no guarantees as to their performance. Any problems of that nature must be resolved through the manufacturer of the item(s). Any legal disputes arising from this transaction will be litigated in The State of our Choice.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.
